Orascom Construction Industries Algeria «OCIA», as the Onshore EPC Contractor, took in charge the construction work.
Orascom Construction Industries and Besix LLC «OCI/Besix LLC» consortium took in charge the Engineering and equipment supply.
Commissioning Tests were performed by the EPC Contractor team in the presence of the Operator,the Independent Engineer and the offtaker (client) representatives.
